Vadym Volokhov November 9, 2018, Moscow hosted negotiations and consultations with the participation of the Taliban on “peaceful settlement in Afghanistan”. The talks were attended by representatives of Russia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
