The current domestic political situation in Germany is now characterized by uneventfulness and relative calm. Competitions of political parties for acceptable political positions in the German Bundestag through the elections on September 26, 2021 are traditionally slow. However, there is a feature of this election, in particular, the departure from the political activity of longtime German Chancellor Angela Merkel. And also the absence in the local politicum of an equal person capable of acting as the leader of the nation. The mood of most politicians and the electorate is affected by the traditionally leading and long-standing positions of Germany in Europe, which is the locomotive of the European economy and the European Union as a whole, and finally restored the balance of transatlantic relations with the United States. Political scandals and accusations of corruption, plagiarism, or dishonesty were perceived by politicians as an integral part of the political struggle that did not affect the basic principles of the German state.
