On Belarus, Lukashenko, Putin and Navalny’s Poisoning

Victor Hvozd on Ukraine 24 TV channel

My unbiased estimate, which is based on the “Borysfen Intel”’s OSINT analysis and my own life and professional experience:

“Today I am pleased with the young team of journalists of Ukraine 24 TV channel, who are trying to create an interesting informative and original analytical and informational product. Please do not identify the TV channel with this or that person, although here, in Ukraine, there are practically no public, state channels. It is important that no one on this TV channel gave me advice on how and what to talk about in front of the TV camera.

And now about why I have been appearing on TV lately. Not because I want to acquire for myself some special media recognizability. Simply today on the agenda not only in the country but also in the world, there are important issues of international and national security, geopolitics and geostrategy, activity of intelligence services and private military companies. And this is exactly what I have been doing for 40 years of my service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in intelligence and counterintelligence, in the Administration and Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, and as a lecturer at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. I had worked in many parts of the globe — from Asia and Europe to Africa and America.

Today I head the Independent Analytical Center for Geopolitical Studies “Borysfen Intel”, where I, with a small team of like-minded professionals, after many years of working for the state, am trying to help our state expert community navigate in complex issues of politics and geopolitics. Observing how in such a “sphere” present their analysis those who confidently consider themselves experts-political scientists, having no real scientific, let alone life experience, I decided to accept the invitation to speak to the audience, but only if the basic rule is followed: I will say exactly what I think is necessary.

Of course, my comments are subjective, so I am sorry if they don’t always agree with some people’s views”.
