Only three years have passed since the tragic death of Ukrainian intelligence officer, military diplomat, Doctor of Military Sciences, Lieutenant General Victor Hvozd

The time is both relentless and inexorable. On the day of the tragic death of our fellow leader Victor Hvozd, which happened three years ago, we, the team of the “Borysfen Intel” Centre, are convinced of this again. And at this, we point out what an extraordinary personality Victor Hvozd was, how important was his contribution to the development of our state, especially when he was in responsible state posts.

On this memorial day, we also point out that his efforts in creating of the Independent Center for Geopolitical Studies “Borysfen Intel” were not in vain, which confirms the work of ours, his colleagues and comrades, aimed at strengthening our state in the difficult war time. The activity of the Centre continues, Victor Hvozd’s ideas are implemented with our hopes for their usefulness, which will surely be confirmed over time, as it has been observed repeatedly during these past three years since the irreparable day.

We, the team of the “Borysfen Intel” Centre, offer our followers the story, which tells about Victor Hvozd’s biography and its little-known facts, about his professional growth and important achievements in his official activities; about colleagues and friends who played a noticeable positive role in his professional development; about his hard work as a scientist and military leader. We are convinced that if such a misfortune had not happened in his life, he would have been the author of even greater important developments for the benefit of Ukraine, and his scientific activity would have given thorough answers to many questions that arise before us in this responsible for the Ukrainian state time.
