From June 29 to July 9 this year, the seventh round of negotiations between US officials and the Taliban delegation took place in Doha, Qatar’s capital, but the results seem to be doubtful at the least. As before, the official Kabul was not invited to the event, so some Afghani politicians were outraged.
It turned out that the talks were held in two stages: from June 29 to July 7 and on 9 July, as an international conference (organized by Germany and Qatar) on Afghanistan, took place in Doha on 7-8 July.
