We know what happened, and we will see what else happens

My recent prediction about the outcome of the US election was confirmed when a kind of tradition was broken, according to which the last three presidents remained at the White House for two terms. Biden won, but the election was fierce, and by the next January we may have witnessed many interesting surprises in the form of compromising material and accusations from Trump.
This election demonstrates that America is different. Unequal living standards in different states, unsatisfactory personal security, which is also “multiplied” by the coronavirus epidemic. Many Americans are dissatisfied with this and, accordingly, have different perceptions of the values and agenda of both Democrats and Republicans.
But we should not exaggerate this and assume that US society is divided and almost ready to start a “civil war” (perhaps someone would like that). Today, none of the world’s countries can stand close to the United States in terms of its potential, if nothing else, the military one. That is why the election in America was so closely watched in both the West and the East.
Even China, despite the “tariff war”, accusations of spreading the coronavirus, is interested in Trump’s presidency — because he focused more on domestic policy, and his foreign policy was more isolationist. And in this situation, China could maneuver between the United States, the European Union and other major players. With the arrival of Biden, the United States will begin to restore relations with its partners abroad, and accordingly, coalitions will be formed, which will first of all try to restrain its main competitor — China. I don’t say anything about Russia at all, because everything is clear with it. For Biden, it is a pariah on a cognitive level.
In his turn, Trump miscalculated both Biden and the American political class. Trump’s voluntarist-populist policy was rejected and opposed not only by Democrats… This time the game of “Mr. Nice Guy” did not work. After all, he is a billionaire who has often acquired wealth in “confrontation with the law”, who has been in court all his life and has many other “dark and not quite dark” spots in his biography… All this also played not in his favor.
In a word, we know what happened, and we will see what else happens. And we have to mind our own business.
I will give a more detailed analysis next week.
P.S.
It is difficult to understand why many former and some current Ukrainian politicians- “losers” are in a state of euphoria from the fact that Biden comes to power? Facebook, YouTube and other channels are filled with undisguised joy, when in addition there are photos with stories where they “crossed paths with Biden”, and even more so — what Biden said about them… Do they see themselves at the “trough” again?
If we do not respect ourselves, do not build our state, and, while in power, do not care about the interests of the Ukrainian people, then neither Biden, nor Trump, nor Putin and Erdogan will help any of us…
