In fact, the Kremlin Ruler Has Challenged J. Biden
A few days ago, the influential South German newspaper, Süddeutsche Zeitung, published an analytical article on the confrontation between newly elected US President J. Biden and incumbent Kremlin ruler V. Putin. Analysts point out that the two leaders met long ago, but only now, when Russia is exacerbating the situation near the border with Ukraine and there is a real threat of large-scale hostilities, the nature of their relationship is changing.
In the article, the authors are trying to analyze the situation around the conflict in the East of Ukraine, probable interests and possible actions of the parties. It is noted that V. Putin, blackmailing and complicating the situation, has not only get certain image concessions from J. Biden, but also forced him to personally offer a meeting. The United States even canceled the deployment of two of its destroyers to the Black Sea because Moscow was extremely irritated. But do J. Biden’s actions indicate the weakness of his position and what should Ukraine do in this situation?
